WHAT KIDS WILL DO?
Boxing Training
Kids learn beginner boxing fundamentals,
footwork, stance, movement, and drills.
Fitness & Conditioning
Fun workouts designed to improve
coordination, endurance, and athleticism.
Relay Races & Field Work
Team races, competitions,
and outdoor-style conditioning activities.
Confidence & Discipline
We teach structure, listening skills,
teamwork, respect, and accountability.
Coach-Led Supervision
All sessions are always supervised
and coached in a safe,
positive environment.

Ages 4–7
8:00 AM – 9:30 AM CST
Session B
Ages 8–12
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM CST

What should my child bring?
Water bottle, athletic clothes, athletic shoes, and gloves if they have them.
Do kids need boxing experience?
No experience is required.
Are parents allowed to stay?
Yes, but drop-off is encouraged for camp flow.
Is the camp supervised?
Yes. All activities are coach-led and supervised.
